    Although residents living at 80 Orchid Place Dr don’t have access to amenities like a pool or a gym, the lack of communal facilities is yet another factor that makes these homes feel more like traditional houses than condos.

    With suites that range from 500 to 1,000 square feet, and contain 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus a den, 2 bedrooms, or 2 bedroom plus a den, numerous types of buyers can find what they’re looking for at 80 Orchid Place Drive and 90 Orchid Place Drive.

    Transportation

    In terms of areas outside the downtown core, Scarborough is one of the most convenient spots for those who prefer not to drive. And while 80 Orchid Place isn’t situated within walking distance of a subway station, the TTC’s extensive bus network helps residents get around the area with ease.

    For one, there’s Scarborough Centre Station nearby, which is accessible via the 134 Scarborough Centre bus. Passengers can also use the 102 bus and 902 Express bus to reach Warden Station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. There’s also always the option to use the GO Train to reach the city centre: the Agincourt GO Station takes 15 minutes to reach by bus or 10 via car, and it’s just a 25-minute ride down to Union Station from there.
