    The condos at 59 Annie Craig Drive and 60 Annie Craig Drive are situated in the idyllic Mimico neighbourhood, steps from the shore of Lake Ontario. The Mimico Cruising Club and Etobicoke Yacht Club also help set the stage, both of which are located just around the corner, in Humber Bay Park West.

    Thanks to efforts by Strybos Barron King, the landscaping at Ocean Club Waterfront Condominiums seems to be inspired by South Beach. So does the interior design in the common areas, such as the enormous, double-height lobby features a white, blue, and silver motif.

    This property consists of two separate structures: a 39-storey tower and a 10-storey boutique building. The complex was built by Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments Ltd. back in 2015, with Page + Steel / IBI Group in charge of the architecture, and contains a grand total of 519 homes.

    Last but certainly not least, residents living at 59 Annie Craig Dr and 60 Annie Craig Dr have access to a whole lot more than modern homes and a lakeside locale. The long list of amenities in the building include a gym, yoga studio, sauna, indoor saltwater pool, plus a games room, party room, rooftop garden with barbecues, a theatre room, guest suites, and a pet grooming room.

    The Suites

    An enormous range of homes can be found at 59 Annie Craig Dr and 60 Annie Craig Dr. Toronto condos for sale or rent here start at around 400 and reach to approximately 2,100 square feet, and consist of studios, three bedroom plus den homes, and plenty in between.

    Regardless of size, all of the suites in the building have a few things in common: they are bright, they contain a generous amount of windows, and they were designed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc. Prospective residents can expect to find granite or engineered quartz countertops, breakfast bars or islands, floor-to-ceiling, low thermal emissivity windows, wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring, and 9 to 10 foot ceilings.

    One of the selling points of the building happens to be the views afforded to residents living on the uppermost floors (and therefore those who aren’t afraid of heights). Many suites also happen to boast private outdoor spaces, with some balconies even wrapped around the corner of the building.

    The Neighbourhood

    You can’t get much closer to Lake Ontario than the Ocean Club Waterfront Condos. The building is situated one block away from Marine Parade Drive, beyond which there’s nothing but parkland. More specifically, there’s the Butterfly Garden, Humber Bay Park East and West, and the Humber Bay Shores Park.

    There’s more to Mimico than its lakeside locale, though. The neighbourhood is also home to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other commercial businesses. Conveniently enough, there’s a Metro around the corner from 59 Annie Craig Dr and 60 Annie Craig Dr, which takes just 7 minutes to reach by foot. Residents are also just a short drive or bus ride away from a Costco, an IKEA, and Sherway Gardens, an enormous shopping mall that covers over one million square feet.

    Transportation

    “Planes, trains, and automobiles” is a pretty accurate phrase to sum up the transportation options for residents living at 59 Annie Craig Dr and 60 Annie Craig Dr. For one, the drive to Pearson International Airport takes less than 20 minutes thanks to the 427, a major highway that lies just west of the building.

    Then there are the TTC routes that carry passengers throughout the city: the 66 Bus lands residents at Old Mill Station on the Bloor-Danforth line in around 20 minutes time; and the Humber Loop at the Queensway is a 10-minute walk away from the building, from which passengers can hop onto the 501 Queen streetcar. The latter can be used to reach downtown Toronto to the east, as well as the Mimico GO Station to the west.
