58 Marine Parade Drive

In addition to standard communal elements like a fitness centre and party room, 58 Marine Parade Dr also boasts an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, a meeting room, a movie theatre, and guest suites. And just to make life easier for residents, there’s also a concierge and underground parking with visitor spots.

The range in suite size at 58 Marine Parade Dr is impressive to say the least, with homes starting at 375 and reaching to approximately 3,250 square feet.
