The Element Condos are anything but understated: the building is a powerful presence on the corner of Front Street West and Blue Jays Way. I’ve been here a month and love it! The gym is spacious and the concierge is always friendly and helpful. There are four elevators, though one occasionally breaks down but it’s manageable.
