I’ve been living here for a year and love it! Great amenities and awesome views if you live higher up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This condo is everything you could want - so many amenities, a great location close to the subway and shopping and stuff, and stunning views. The management team is easy to work with and make living here a wonderful experience

The amenities are good, but theres always small issues. The elevators are often out of service, and the lobby can get crowded and dirty. The management needs to step up their game.

While the building has some nice features butthere are lot of small problems that add up. The elevators are slow and at least 2 are usually out of service, and the maintenance of common areas could be better. It’s the little things that need attention

The views are great, but the elevators are a nightmare. They break down too often, and it’s annoying
One Bloor Condos by Great Gulf was completed in 2017. It comprises 789 units, stands at 75 storeys, and is Canada's second tallest residential tower. Great Gulf initially planned for One Bloor Condos to be the tallest and stand at 80 storeys. Since then, many other mega-projects have competed to be the tallest, including The One, a condo development at 1 Bloor St W, Concord Sky, and Pinnacle One Yonge.
Some pros about this building:
- While technically, this condo isn't located in Yorkville, it is relatively close and is only steps away from the top luxury stores
- There is direct access to the Yonge-Bloor subway station, adding more convenience for commuters
- Units in the building have great noise insulation both from unit-to-unit and outside noise
- Great amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, spa facilities, a gym, party room, outdoor terrace, 24-hour concierge, and visitor parking
- Maintenance fees are $0.89 PSFT, which is low compared to the neighbourhood average of $0.96
- Amazing north, east and south-facing views
Some factors to consider:
- Residents have to go downstairs to retrieve their packages
- Elevator wait time can be on the longer side at times
- West-facing views are obstructed and noisy due to the ongoing construction of The One Condos tower
- Planned construction just south of the building might obstruct some of the south-facing units

Good amenities and friendly staff, but the high cost doesn’t really worth it
