GreenLife East Markham II Condos / Reviews

There are barely any condos in the Greater Toronto Area where a 1 bedroom and den is actually within the 700 square foot range (but this building has it). The den has a door and is quite spacious. Kitchen has a designated area too, rather than open-concept. Balcony doesn't serve that much purpose because the view is mostly of a retail plaza or other homes/buildings. Convenient location given that it's on the border of Markham and Scarborough (Steeles is nearby). Energy efficient building but a downside compared to other condo buildings are the number of utilities. Hot water tank rental must be assumed ($18 per month), along with heat and hydro.

Just moved in and already love it here! The condo is fantastic, and everything I need is conveniently close by.
